Model downloading problem

Is this happening to everyone or just me? When I’m downloading model, I got this weird file format that is neither .skp or .dae, but “CUSTOMIZATION File”. When I saved it, it says “File wasn’t available on website”.
And yes, I tried clearing the cache, but still the same problem. Don’t tell me I have to re-do everything.
