I am using Sketchup Pro 2018 on a desktop MacOS Mojave. The sketchup 3D warehouse will not load, or register anything entered into the search bar. I’ve attached the screen I get whenever I open 3D warehouse. The extension warehouse works, so I am not sure it is an internet connection issue. Does anyone have any experience or advice to offer?
